projects, as it will serve to demystify the public expenditure planning and
management cycle and make it more transparent and predictable to a wider
audience of Albanians and strengthen public accountability. The Guide
provides a platform to launch wide-ranging workshops and
information-dissemination activities to push the knowledge of its contents
down to the grass roots of Albanian society, as it provide a link to the
MTBP, MDGs and the NSSED processes".
